Business Development:

• Review sales performance and present improvement suggestions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

Marketing:

• Perform market analysis and research on the competition.
• Collect data from marketing campaigns.

• Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Work with the team to help organize events.

Social Media:

• Create plans and strategies for social media channels.
• Monitor and improve posts performance.
• Creating content to promote sales with temporary campaigns.
• Increase follower's engagement and interactions.
• Handle communication through social media chats.

Journalist/Writer:

• Write clear content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Engage with community members through interviews and podcasts.
• Identify gaps and needs in our content and recommend new ideas.
• Interview key person and showcase new information through content.
